Great bargain for your money. Rooms are always clean and the day shift front desk staff is wonderful. I had a package shipped here and it was more than happy to receive it for me. Quality is great. But the breakfast is very limited. It seems like the evening lady doesn't seem very friendly. Seems somewhat annoyed at the fact that I need something from her. The guy that works Monday through Saturday in the mornings deserves a raise for sure

Very good choice in low bujet. Manager and owner are very helpful and nice. I love this place for extanded stay. Owner also owned Indian restaurant in Grand Forks City. Which is the only option for lndian food lovers in Grand Forks.

The owners are some of the nicest people you will meet. We stayed here for one night and we will be going back anytime we need a room in grand forks. The housekeeper was very very nice and I overheard her say she has worked at this hotel for 50 years. God bless the workers. The prices are low and for a older hotel they keep it clean. Good job Grand Inn keep up the good work!

Stayed here for weeks for work. Definitely nice prices when staying for long time. The rooms aren’t bad at all.

For the price this is definitely 5 stars! It might be a little rundown but it is clean and comfy and the staff is extremely friendly. It felt like staying in the guest room of your great aunt's house, not brand new but sort of homey.

If your looking for just basic lodging and not a jacuzzi suite this is what you want. It's priced very fairly and it still has awesome cereal and bagels in the morning and excellent coffee around the clock. The owners are really good people and care about their guests.
